Once the structural concrete shaft is certified, a typical residential lift requires 4 to 6 weeks for mechanical assemblies, wiring, safety checks, and handover. Heavy freight lifts or customized panoramic glass cabins require 6 to 8 weeks.

Our Comprehensive AMC covers all monthly safety checks, priority emergency breakdown visits, and the replacement cost of key components like microprocessor control cards, relays, push buttons, rollers, door operators, and guide shoes. Geared pulleys or structural cabin frames are subject to separate terms.

Both our labor-only and comprehensive AMC plans include unlimited breakdown callouts. In the event of a fault, a technician is dispatched to resolve the issue at no extra service charge.

Modernization is highly cost-effective and takes far less time than a complete replacement. If the guide rail alignment and cabin frames are structurally sound, replacing the controller cabinet, wiring, and motor PM traction mechanism can make the lift run like new at a fraction of the cost.

During modernization, the elevator must be taken out of service to ensure technician safety. Depending on the components being replaced (e.g. controller swap vs complete motor swap), downtime ranges from 3 to 7 working days. We coordinate schedules to minimize disruption for residents.
